We’ve been blessed over the past few weeks to have our new friends Steve and Diane join us for worship on Sunday mornings. God is our healer, and he is working through Steve’s prayers for healing. Last Sunday, he prayed over Laurel, and she experienced healing from the painful plantar fasciitus pain that she was experiencing. She also received relief this week from her constant back pain that she deals with due to her MS (she was hesitant to bring it up this week, so I shared about this health issue). Also, when I went outside to prayer walk before the service this morning, I was delighted to see Steve praying over one of our neighbors that we have been inviting to our church on just about a weekly basis. This friend experienced relief from the pain in his neck, and he was able to turn his head, which he hadn’t been able to do. He is supposed to have surgery soon. We are praying that the doctor gives him a clean bill of health, and that he finds that our friend no longer needs the surgery!
